UCFC currently has more than 30 employees, including several top embryologists and assisted reproductive doctors with more than 10 years of clinical experience from the United States, China and Colombia, as well as several professional reproductive nurses with rich experience. The attending doctors graduated from internationally renowned medical schools such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Sun Yat-sen University, Shandong University, National University of Colombia, Autonomous University of Barcelona Spain, and have experience working in international assisted reproductive hospitals in the United States, China, Colombia and other countries.

He developed and improved nuclear transplantation technology and made major breakthroughs in mitochondrial replacement therapy (MRT). He was certified as a director of a high complexity clinical laboratory in the United States (HCLD, ABB)
